Have you ever said to anyone else:
‘I wish I was as brave as you!” ???
Bravery isn’t about conquering fears, it’s about getting out of your own way. {click to tweet}
In this short four minute video, you’ll learn how to strengthen your self love practice even further by acknowledging how significant you are while simultaneously recognising how unimportant you are.
I know. It sounds confusing, and counter intuitive, and well, pretty offensive. But trust me, if you approach situations that demand you to step up! in this way, you’ll be releasing the pressure gauge, pronto!
Alright, leave me a comment below, lovely lady.
What’s your story? Tell me what you’re going to STOP believing, in order to practice self love in a deeper way. Dying to hear it.
xx
I love you.
You know, being brave to me means following my intuition, my heart, and trusting that I am a child of God/the Universe, I am safe, and I am always provided for and provided. Always.
It means following the trails of inspired action even when it goes against all logic (actually … ESPECIALLY when it goes against all logic!) Just allowing it to unfold perfectly as it always does! :-)
xoxo
This is sooo good, Tara! It takes a massive amount of pressure off when I remember to get out of my head, and into my heart/tune into the universal knowledge.
That’s where the GOLD comes from.
Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts Tara.. your skin and eyes are GLOWING this weeek more than normal..
I am going to stop believing that ‘there is not enough for everyone’ because since I have started believing and working on the thought ‘there TOTALL is!!’ things have started to show up, opportunities, connections arisen. Keeping the faith, and having belief.
Have a great weekend.
Tara, I love the way you put this. If we trust in ourselves, and trust that our fears are showing us just how important something is for us to do in order to grow, then we can achieve so, so much.
By the way, you are looking more gorgeous than ever right now. All that self-love is beaming out of you right now sister!!
xx
You read my mind! That was exactly what I was thinking when I watched all of you amazing beautiful beams of self love on the stage.
And it is so true what you said, as it happens to me when I teach Yoga where I am focussed on those before me and not myself. Now to be able to do it in every other area of my life.
Thanks so much for your shining light,
xx
Everyday, I work very hard to let the fear GO of what will ‘they’ think, or even worse what ARE ‘they’ thinking of the way I live my life. It doesn’t conform to ‘their’ boundaries and it is very threatening to some. (I live in a very small communitee where “everybody knows everybody”…..what a fucking JOKE that is!!! Really and truly…..)
So, every morning I meditate, cleanse and ask for guidance on my journey in this beautiful vessel I call ME. XO Tara. L
I get such a wonderful vibe from you Tara. I saw you speak at the self love and sisterhood event in Sydney and I was so captivated by your individual voice and what you had to say. I’ve since discovered your website and am entralled by what you have to say and your message. Reading your posts feels like soul food. Thank you for being an amazing presence online xxx
You are so cool! I don’t suppose I’ve truly read a single thing like this before. So wonderful to find someone with unique thoughts on this subject matter. Really.. many thanks for starting this up. This site is one thing that’s needed on the web, someone with a bit of originality!|
