I asked my (ex) Party Girls:
What can you do now that you couldn’t do before the PGG2P?
They said:
I can go out to dinner for for girls nights out and have a couple of drinks and feel completely OK with it. I feel confident in declining further drinks if I want to. Or, if I do indulge, I don’t feel guilty, but rather savour the moment of drinking a top class alcoholic beverage! – Sarah
I feel as though my identity issues have finally been transformed. By committing to engaging in this course (financially, emotionally, physically) I have completely turned that party girl identity on its head. I have a whole toolkit of tips and tricks to whip out when needed and a community of awesome, inspiring women to turn to when I feel a little lacklustre. I can have a glass of wine and stop at one. I can shake my arse on the d-floor, stone cold sober. I know that I will come back to this course again and again whenever I feel anything in my life that is no longer serving me and needs to be released. – Claire
I am able to say no comfortably. I tend to do what I want to do for me now meaning I put myself first. – Corona
My commitment to myself has increased and I am exploring relationships with crystals further. I was not a party girl when I began the course (at 31, I got over that ages ago), so the shifts are more subtle – but still as valuable. – Alina
I asked them:
What will you remember the PGG2P for?
They said:
Interviews with successful people working their magic booze free. Actually witnessing the wonderful people you interviewed (including yourself) living such abundant lives with very little booze, I will never forget those moments. I watched Mel’s and Glen’s interview at 4am one morning waiting for Johnny to come home – those interviews helped me stop the judgement of him and have helped me so much since – Amy
Your excellent authenticity, vulnerability, beauty and content. – Alina
The videos! Mel Ambrosini, Hayley Carr and Glen’s videos were especially awesome. I LOVED the ‘You are Not Broken’ vid too. – Becs
I feel incredibly supported by the community! I loved being able to meet up with the Brissie and GC babes in person, creating relationships with other girls from different cities online. It’s priceless. – Sarah
Think this doesn’t apply to you because your partying days are over?
If you feel as though you still have skins to shed…
If you want to relate to women soulfully with conversations that aren’t glued together by drama…
And if you still feel as though there are other parts of your life that are bound and stifled by your addictive personalities…
Then you belong here.
Already in the community we have women that have jumped on board who, rather than needing to release their party identities, are struggling with their relationship with food. Several of the girls have (or have had) chronic fatigue and adrenal failure. We’ve got stay-at-home mums who are craving balance, and 40-somethings who just want to be in the company of ambitious, health-driven women. Regardless- they all have something in common: they recognise that the Party Girls Guide to Peace is an opportunity for them to learn how to put their needs first (rest, self-care, nourishment, creativity), rather than their addictive identities, which have up until now, been sabotaging their happiness.
Join us for the Party Girls Guide to Peace, or stay the same.
Biggest love and brightest health,
xx
“If you want to relate to women soulfully with conversations that aren’t glued together by drama…” You said it Tars! The community and support through out the program and even beyond is so loving. Theres no judgement! No drama, just love for each others journey no matter how different. This program really is a whole lot more than a party girls search for peace, you go deep.
