Party Girl Conversations: Inflammation & Acidity with Ange Jackson

AngeJackson

Ange Jackson is a new-ish friend of mine, with a slew of information, education and qualifications under her belt.  She’s brings her experience as an exercise physiologist, herbalist and qualified health coach together, under one umbrella – Teapot Health Coaching – her business.

There’s two main reasons why I wanted to get Ange on board for the Party Girls Guide to Peace.  The first is because tea – yes, humble tea, in all it’s incredible glory – played a significant role in my post-Party Girl journey.  I fell in love with herbs; I loved steeping them and smelling them and sipping them slowly.  And physically, even just having a mug of tea in my hands was a an awesome habitual replacement for a glass of wine.

And secondly, I wanted there to me more nuts and bolts within the program.  A lot of what I write about in the PGG2P is experiential; I offer guidance on how to best tackle situations based on my own personal experience, but there was most definitely a missing link.  The program was missing some cold hard facts.  Some killer expertise.  Some no-nonsense scientific knowledge.

Enter, Angie.

This is a preview of the full-length 20 minute conversation we had for the program members. She explains the difference between inflammation and acidity (two terms, which I thought, were one and the same. Not so much).

Angela Jackson is the founder of Teapot Health Coaching and is a woman on a mission to help ladies clean up their lives & detox their bodies, hearts and souls. As a University-qualified Herbalist, Exercise Scientist and graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, her passion is helping women ditch nasty toxins and start glowing from the inside out! Her group and one-on-one programs have been lovingly created so that you can be looked after for a change & experience the abundant energy, sparkling eyes and happiness you deserve.
