Cute little PS: The very first video I ever recorded (about two years ago) was about teaching you meditation. Oh, the joys of looking back. So nervous. Such a travellers accent. Such a noisy, buzzy computer. So swollen-looking from bottomless beers and those damn 2 litre bottles of Canadian red wine. But still, I can’t help but kind of adore this video. I remember how excited that girl was to just close her eyes and breathe, because I’m just as thrilled to do it today.

      This was an absolutely beautiful meditation my darling- have been using your #Spirited chart for a while now. Listening and noticing instead of striving for complete, instant enlightenment(!) definitely feels juicier and takes the ego pressure out of it!

      This was also a very interesting 10 minutes for me as the people next store are having an extension built, so finding the silence was a challenge, but once I drifted into it, it was gorgeous.

      Can’t wait for the end of the week ;)

      Beautiful… After a morning of running around frantic with my two little ones, it was exactly what I needed to calm and ground my body and mind… Now I will be a calmer better mother rejuvenated for a fun filled afternoon..

      Lovely! I always struggle with keeping my mind from wandering, and this really helped. Hard to get it out of my head that meditation isn;t about getting anywhere. I feel relaxed and rejuvenated.

      Thanks! I really enjoyed that Tara… I often feel frustrated that I’m not meditating “right” or that I’m not “spiritual” enough, so you’re message has been particularly helpful in letting that GO!

      Lovely, centering and peaceful…with no expectations on me and none suggested by you. Just right. Have actually done a lot of this kind of meditation (mindfullness based) in the past including a 6 week Mindfullness Based Stress Reduction course. This was a perfect reminder to get back on the mat consistently as I have had that as my intention. Bless you. Beautiful blog on Daily Love about your Bali experience.       This was so powerful and beautiful all at the same time. I am on holiday in Hamilton island at the moment and finally getting down and dirty with Spirited. I loved hearing both your and Rach’s own journey with meditation and realised now more than ever that I need to stop resisting (I’m too busy, my brain is too scattered etc) and just get out my mat and start. Thank you for this video and encouraging the start of my own journey with mediation xx

      Hi Tara

      Thank you so much for this – what a beautiful guided mediation. I have tried a number of guided meditations, but this was the best one I have tried. I love meditating on my own every morning and it is now a part of my normal routine, however I loved the simplicity of your meditation and felt the peace rise up through me as soon as I started listening, like you said, with childlike curiosity.
