We were joined by more than 90 Rebels for this live transmission and the LOVE in the house of Rebellion was immense. As you tune in to watch the recording, please honour this time (the call goes for just over 90 minutes), as it’s important.

At this stage of our journey, we trace our pathway of rebellion. You can do this however you are called to – in your journal, on a long roll of butchers paper, or even digitally. We have created a GuideSheet for you to use if you feel you need more context around organising your pathway after watching the recording of our Guiding Light, though please remember that this is an optional tool and not a requirement to complete this work.

Here is where we receive the context for the Rebel Timeline, and understand the power in it. We gave this timeline context for your healing and for the future you’ll create. You learned compassionate tools that will stay with you a lifetime.

This is a meditation to support you as you develop and strengthen the sensitivity required to live in right relationship with yourself and the world at large, using rebellion as your ally. It’s important that you immerse yourself in our first DNA Dare (hosted in our Facebook Temple) before sitting with this experience as it gives crucial context.

You may sit with this meditation once or twice and then not need it again, or find that you return to it many times over before our time together is complete. Whatever we water thrives, and right now, we want to be watering the powerful inner aspect of ourselves – that have barely seen the light – to bring them alive. Please also note that the grounding, centring, plunging and gathering aspect of this practice is most powerful when performed daily. (You can whittle this down to 5 minutes in time).
