It’s the weekend! Yay for all the 9-5ers- hopefully you get to sip on some lovely tea today, perhaps cook a beautiful meal very slowly and maybe even divulge in an afternoon nap. Bliss. As you can see by the video above I got super excited about a certain delivery from Amazon this week. The creme de la creme of my package (pictured below) has made my soul shine.
This Smile
Is that not the most joyous smile you’ve ever seen? This is Lozzy. She laughs like a monkey and she’s a total keeper.
Unlimited ‘Thank You!’ Tendencies
I know I posted this photo last week, but it needs to be posted again with a different mention. That goose in the back ground is the clown that encouraged me to start coaching now. And that pool table is where it happened. Cheers Dean-o (fun synchronistic fact- my first coaching client has the same surname as Dean!). My life has been turned up-side down and totally pretzeled up. I couldn’t be more grateful and nervous and excited. Hot tip in life: Start before you’re ready- it totally pays off. As of right now, I’m really letting myself cool off from all the initial adrenaline, and centring back in to a place of calmness and love, where I’m approaching every project with a an attitude of free styling honesty and compassion. It feels essential to try and slow things down a little and not go into overwhelm. Organic, baby, all the way.
Not Snowboarding
Sounds strange, I know- but this season I’m really enjoying devoting my time to other priorities, without the quick, wake up, eat, check your emails, go snowboarding for a few hours, try and fit in a blog post and a sauna session, scoff down some food- squeeeeeze in a shower and then half heartedly pull myself together for work- anxiety. When the sun is shining, I’m really enjoyed strolling around the village without the guilt that I should be on my board. A new stone has been lifted. It feels good.
Special mentions go to any new readers around here- your presence is truly felt and appreciated. You complete my Bliss List. Yay for good ol’ soppy luuuurve.
What’s been turning you on this week? I would love to hear about it in the comments. Annnnd, if you like, you can go on and subscribe to my youtube channel, I’m going to be vlogging pretty regularly and I don’t want you to miss any future vids.
Alrighty, I’m out. Have a beautiful weekend. x
I’m reading A Course in Miracles too! It’s not easy reading but definitely worth it! Enjoy lovely and congrats on your first client(s!) xxx
@ Jess: Thank you honey! I know what you mean, it’s not the easiest to read. I honestly feel as though I could read one page per day and that would be enough to invite more miracles into my life. x
That video is SO cute!! I love it! I am like a little kid on christmas day when I get a package of new books from amazon. I hope you are loving all the amazing wisdom in those pages hun xxx
Tara! You are SO BEAUTIFUL on camera (well, in photos too… but you know what I mean…) it’s super cool to see you in (sort of) real life! Also, your hair is crazy shiny! You’re naturally so articulate and really brilliant on film, I hope watching it back gives you so much more confidence to keep making video! xx Catherine

@Connie: Haha, thanks beautiful. If there’s one person who’s going to appreciate this Vlog, it’s you! x
@Catherine: You are SO sweet! I was particularly puffy eyed and dehydrated this day, so thank you so, so much for that compliment! I just use affordable all natural shampoo and conditioner, and occasionally treat my hair with coconut oil. It’s crazy to hear that, because for most of my adult life I’ve bleached my hair. Au natural baby. x
