The BLISS List + The Winner Is….

Get your bliss notes

Love. Sacrifice. Teamwork. True Belief.

I need to tell you something about this husband of mine, Glen. He is a true romantic, utterly hilarious and a damn cutie. He also has a super power: he’s an insane manifester. Seriously, if I’m ever left wondering what my next cosmic leap will be, I observe Glen, and his confidence (along with his super calm voice) reminds me ‘babe, everything’s cool‘. He said to me yesterday- ‘I don’t have to write them down, or affirm them out loud, I just believe that everything will work out for us‘. I have the extreme honour of watching this man’s resilience and lazer focus, and this morning that was made manifest when he ticked a major ‘must get done’ off the list: GET A JOB CHEFFING IN THE MINES. His almost desperate enthusiasm to reclaim his financial power, and simultaneously contribute to his crazy wifey’s entrepreneurial endeavours has softened my soul into a big pile of loved- up goop. Am I going to miss him? Oh, God yes (I already do!). Do I get choked up with pride and admiration? You bet. Glen and I are dreamers, and right now, distance fascilitates the dream. What can you expect out of me without a gorgeous man strolling around distracting me? Conscious content. Better content. More time, space and energy to build this baby up.

My Hunky New Smokey Quartz Cluster

This sparkly specimen is going to help me with practicality and organisation (handy for this new work-at-homer), and fuel my manifestations and desires (yes please!). Smokey Quartz is also an excellent protecting and grounding crystal, and like Tourmaline, helps transform negative energy into positive ones, like pure magic! I have a hunch that this will come in useful over the next few weeks- hopefully I can turn my ‘I miss my husband!’ energy into something truly useful and qualitative. Bonus awesomeness- it has a record keeper (actually, it’s has 3!).

Coconuts!

I’m drinkin’ ’em like crazy (approximately two a day at rough count) and eating the flesh for breakfast (covered in passionfruit and chia). Even the husks are going to good use; in this case, they’re home to my incense sticks and a lone chunk of aloe (just ’cause).

Succulent Love!

To me these gorgeous, plump little fellas represent ultimate abundance; the ability to thrive and flourish in any environment. I have three pots in my room; one on my desk (which reminds me of how prosperous I am, and that anything is possible), a row of cactus that sits along the base of our stand up mirror (to reflect and enhance it’s energy), and a ‘money tree’ the leads out onto the deck. They bring pops of joy and silliness, as well as an ancient comfort, to our space.

The Return of Raw Food in My Life!

Yep. I’m loving Spring! Green juices and coconut water on ice. Super salads and tropical fruit. Sprouts galore! All eaten on the deck, in the sun, with the breeze and with eager little puppies looking up wide-eyed and hopeful. Bliss.

Contributing to Wild Sister Magazine

I was so thrilled to write a piece titled ‘What’s Your ROAR?’ for the September issue of Wild Sister. Have you heard of it? You must check it out. Tears ran down my face as I read the collection of beautiful words from women all over the world. If sisterhood and divine connection lights you up, then get around this magazine. You’ll notice that I have a WS badge on my sidebar- I’m not affiliated with them in any way, but I insist on spreading their love. Issues are only $5, and they deserve every cent.

Hanging art on my walls (a first for me). + . Feeling groovy, stretched out and free in this new space I have to live and work and play in. + . Recording my life path’s journey and all that I’ve actively attracted in my life- a gorgeous tip from Connie. + . Family vibes, intense love, deep connection. + . Receiving a love letter from Leonie Dawson in the mail. + . Rach’s Daily Planner has seriously changed my days (and my mum’s!). Together my Mumma Bear and I strategise our priorities and hoot each other on. I always check in with her by asking What’s on the list today Mumma? Accountability is powerful. + . Silent smiles at my bookshelf which houses, oh, probably 30 books that are yet to be consumed by my cells. It’s like a textual vision board-bulging with wisdom.

AND THE WINNER IS.

Thank you to everyone that put their hand up and showed interest in my coaching giveaway. Public vulnerability isn’t easy, I know, but know that announcing what areas of your life need assistance, whether you’re the recipient of this giveaway or not- is truly potent and a powerful energy shifter. We’re very high-tec round these parts; I scribbled everyone’s name of pieces of paper and asked my 12 year old little brother Cadell, to pull a name from the coconut…

I had to smile when Cadell pulled Karina’s name. It was nice little reminder that you really do get what you give; Karina has been shamelessly blasting this giveaway all over her social media, and it looks as though she’s been cosmic-ly rewarded for it!

Congratulations honey- I’ll be in your inbox soon, and together we’ll take the month of October by storm.

For everyone else- a thousand thank you’s again. Within the week I’ll be opening my coaching schedule riiiiiight up, and I’d love to work with you, so stay tuned.

What are you ridiculously happy about this week?

      Congrats to Karina!!

Great news for Glen, I’m sure you’ll be able to stay strong while apart from him, and as they say – absence makes the heart grow (even) fonder ;)

So great to see that life is throwing awesome things at the Couple Bliss!

My man works up at the mines too. We just reached the one year anniversary of him being away. I miss him like crazy, but I am so proud of him for having got such a great job that he pursued so determinedly, even after a bunch of setbacks. It can be a really tricky thing to navigate, this old long-distance-lovin’ thing, but I imagine I will be reading profound things from you on this very subject in the not-too-distant future!

As always, loving the light you shine!
      xo

Beautiful post darling. I’m totally hearing you on the distant relationship, but I totally dig your perspective – “Conscious content. Better content. More time, space and energy”…I’m going to embrace this for my blog during the times I miss my boyfriend.
I love your rebrand too! So pretty and funky :)
      Congrats to Karina xxx
