Giggles-a-plenty and nostalgic reminiscing; that’s what my recent interview with Wellness Warrior, Jess Ainscough was all about.
Jess shows up for her role as guest expert in the Party Girls’ Guide to Peace with infectious happiness, proving that prioritising healing and self-care doesn’t have to become a chore. Her healing journey since being diagnosed with incurable cancer at 22 years old is well broadcast. Since then, she’s cemented herself as one of the world’s leading (and most adored) wellness bloggers, and has even recently landed herself a publishing deal with HayHouse (hells yeah girlfriend!).
One of the many things I love about Jess, is that she unapologetically reflects upon her party days with such joy and zero regrets. “I fell madly in love with cocaine” is not something you expect to hear from the Wellness Warrior- but alas- it’s a part of her story, and one she doesn’t mind sharing one bit.
Our conversation beamed with giggles and “I-wish-I-could-tell-all-these-girls-that-they’re-on-the-right-track-and-it’s-all-going-to-be-okay”, and that’s exactly what The Party Girls’ Guide to Peace is all about. Rockin’ out, with your sisters, getting stoked on juicy, meaningful conversations, herbal tea, creative endeavours and big, big belly laughs.
Enjoy this short snippet from my interview with Jess, and please, leave some comments and share this with your friends!
